She is survived by: her spouse Eddie Clay Puryear, Jr.; her daughters, Ashley Renee Puryear and Danielle Nicole Puryear; and her granddaughter Laura Marie Brown of Chickamauga, GA. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
