She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Miles (Rosie Morris Miles) and Chickamauga; her daughter Katy Cruise; her great grandchild Kaylee Barber; and her siblings, Annie Sutton of Roy Miles, G. W and Edgar Miles.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Wright (Tim), Ricky Smolik (Tiffany) and Ray Hurst (Misty); and her sisters, Brenda Miles and Imogene McGiboney. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the W. L. Wilson & Sons Funeral Home-Ft. Oglethorpe Chapel (555 Cloud Springs Rd, Ft. Oglethorpe, GA 30742). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM.
