He was predeceased by : his father Vernon Lee; and his siblings, Emma Ruth Fouts Tapp, Otis Lee Fouts, Delbert Eugene Fouts and James Elbert Fouts.
He is survived by : his wife Connie Loraine Templeton Fouts; his children, Perry Fouts (Shelly) and Vicki Williams (Jeff); his grandsons, Alan Fouts (Haley) and Jonathan Fouts; and his great grandchildren, Duke Fouts of Chickamauga, London Turucz of Chickamauga and Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to M.S. Society – National Multiple Sclerosis Society at 205 East 42nd Street – New York, NY 10017.
