He is survived by: his wife Sarah T. Moten; his children, Reginal D. Moten (Kandi), Julius Moten (Dedra), Shamekia Barnwell (Reginal), Damarcus Tomlin (Shakyia) and Jamario Barnwell; his brothers, Vernon Moten, Gregory Moten (Lana Marie) and Darryl Moten; his uncle Oliver C. Moten; and his aunts, Patricia Dickens and Edith Foster.
