He is survived by: his children, Ricky Huggins, Jr. (Katie) of Knoxville, Tennessee, Quentin Huggins of Knoxville, Tennessee, Michelle Watts (Derek) of Fort Oglethorpe and Tim Huggins of Chickamauga, Georgia; his brothers, Greg Huggins and Terry Nelson; and his grandchildren, Justes Whaley, Justin Bowlin, Eugene Huggins, Jr., Kevin Huggins, Savannah Driver, Alex Huggins, Annabelle Huggins and Kairi Huggins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
