He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Parrish and Mae Autry Parrish; his son Roy E. "Trey" Parrish, III; and his siblings, Virginia Jo Ford, Verlie Lou Geurin and John Thomas Parrish, Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Cora Ann Kell Parrish; his daughter Cynthia Parrish Larsen; his grandchildren, Tiffany Parrish and Roy Evitte Parrish, IV (Mary); his great grandchildren, Brookelynn, Roy "Quincy" Evitte V and Adlee; and his sisters-in-law, Nelda Hise Parrish and Carolyn Kell.

Due to Covid-19, seating will be limited during the service.
