She was predeceased by: her husband William "David" Akins; and her daughter Sheena Lynn Akins Blevins. She is survived by: her brothers, Ronnie Nunley and Shane Nunley; her son-in-law William Blevins; and her nephews, Chuck Nunley and Pedi Nunley. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
