She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Joyner and Mazie Lee Dean Joyner; her husband Fred Turner; and her siblings, Eleace Layton, Dorothy McCurdy, Bo Joyner and Lamar Joyner.
She is survived by: her daughter Michelle; her son-in-law Bill Ryder; her son LaDon; her daughter-in-law Kacee Chambless; her brother Charles; her sister-in-law Wanda Joyner of Waterloo; her sisters, Grace Gladin (Harris), Joyce Moore and Katrina Joyner; her grandchildren, Chase Powell, Garrett Chambless (Lagan), Jeremy Chambless (Lauren), Cheyenne Ryder (David Richardson) and Cole Ryder; her great grandchildren, Kylee Bryan, Mylee Chambless, John Hilton Chambless, Joseph Chambless and Jase Chambless; Gary McCurdy, Greg Gladin, Ricky Joyner, Jody Joyner, Howard Layton and Rusty Moore.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Waterloo Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to Traditions Hospice and Palliative Care.
