He is survived by: his mother Mary Lucille Ward Jones of Kentucky; his wife Melanie Ann Long Partlow (Irwin County) of Chula; his children, Elizabeth Partlow of Sacramento, California, Brandon McDaniel of Tifton and Sean McDaniel of Enigma; and his siblings, Brian Partlow of Tifton, Gordon Partlow of Kentucky, Greg Partlow of Kentucky, Sammy McCain of Kentucky, Rebecca Baldwin of Tennessee and Elizabeth Fitch of Tennessee. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles.
