He is survived by: his sons, Stanley Eugene Carter of Clarkesville and Charles Steven Carter of Clarkesville; his grandson Dyllin Carter (Amber) of Cornelia; his great grandchildren, Grayson Carter, Cohen Carter and Charlie Carter; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Inez Carter of Buford; and his sister Annette Ness of Clarkesville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
