He was predeceased by : his parents, Alton Sprinkle and Ruth Scaggs Sprinkle; and his siblings, Floyd Sprinkle, Neva Stein and Sylvia Kozel.

He is survived by : his wife Gladys Stancil Sprinkle of Clarkesville; his daughter Pat; his son-in-law Fred Stewart of Mt. Airy; his son Kevin; his daughter-in-law Christy Sprinkle of Demorest; his grandchildren, Leslie Stewart, Adam Stewart (Kimberly), Austin Sprinkle (Marnie) and Carson Sprinkle; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Martin, Kasidee Stewart and Ashlyn Stewart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hillside Memorial Chapel (5495 GA-197, Clarkesville, GA 30523). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Joy Baptist Church (96 Joy Church Ln, Lakemont, GA 30552). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at the same location.
