He is survived by: his wife Maxine Worley Nicholson; his daughters, Yvonne Hefner and Susan Goss (Tim); his son-in-law Marty Smith; his grandchildren, Danny Mote (Kristen), Dylan Mote (Kelley), Jeffery Smith (Whitney), Katie Smith, Chloe Strong (Patton) and Caroline Turpin; his great grandchildren, Sally Lee Smith, Marshall Mote and Micah Mote; and his brother David Nicholson (Dawn).
