He is survived by: his wife Pam Sanders Ivester; his daughter Beth; his son-in-law Brian Davis; his son Denver; his daughter-in-law Leann Ivester; his grandchildren, Abby Davis, Cody Davis and Tab Ivester; his brother Phil; his sister-in-law Sandy Ivester; his sister Judy; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Collins, Judy Ivester and Bobby Walden. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
