He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Edmond and Rhoda Susan Owensby Gragg; his siblings, Herman (Louise Gragg), Calvin Gragg and Carolyn "Dottie" Cook; his brother-in-law Terrell Gragg; his siblings' children, Lynn Deyton, Tonya Brown, Sheila Gragg and Ken Gragg; his great-nephew Matthew Gragg; and also Destiny Lord.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cora Lee Gragg of Lakemont, GA, Kathleen (Dale Lovell), Geraldine (Earl Smith), Joy (Doug Poole), Rev. Thomas (Stella Gragg) and James (Hilda Gragg); and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Gragg of Cornelia, GA and Bobby Cook of Alto, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, & friends.
