She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick L. Hammond and Rebecca Gibson Hammond; and her brother David Hammond. She is survived by: her husband David Mitchell Boyd; her daughter Alyssa Lawson; her stepchildren, Heather Boyd, Chris and Brandy Boyd; her grandchildren, David C. Lawson, Grayson Boyd, Kelsie Star, McKinley Ellis, Jake Evans, Savannah Boyd and Natalie Boyd; her great grandchildren, Madelynn, Malekai, Syrus, Bentley and Jacey; her sister-in-law Norma Collins (Michael Collins); and her niece Jessica Collins.
