James Lee Baker Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Lee Baker of Clarkesville, Georgia, who passed away on June 6, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, James shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid James farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pearl Baker and Ruth Holcombe Baker. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Levins Baker of Clarkesville; his daughters, Jamie Baker of Clarkesville and Jorja Baker of Clarkesville; and his cousin Loraine Williams of Cordele.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Refuge Baptist Church (2138 Double Bridge Rd, Clarkesville, GA 30523).
