Though James Richard may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James Richard leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Dalton; his father Otis Dalton; and his sisters, Joyce Dalton and Louise Dalton. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Dalton; and his children, Tina Dalton and Rickey Dalton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
