He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Hamilton and Vera Mae York Hamilton; his wife Sherry Lanete Blakely Hamilton; his son Coty Hamilton; and his siblings, Larry William "Sonny" Hamilton, Clyde Hamilton, Brenda Gail Porterfield, Linda Mae Mulchi and Patsy Jean Hamilton.
He is survived by: his daughter Heather Hamilton Sheets; his son-in-law Richard Sheets; his grandchildren, Caden Hamilton, Colton Hamilton, Leland Sheets and Logan Sheets; and his brothers, Leroy Hamilton, Ronald Alexander "Runt" Hamilton and James Hamilton. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many dear friends.
