He was predeceased by: his parents, James Andrew Riley II and Martha Jones Riley (Elizabethton); and his siblings, James Andrew Riley III and Penelope Riley Baker. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Cheryl Riley of Blairsville; his daughter Mardi Riley West; his son-in-law Mike West of Cornelia; his siblings-in-law, Dottie Taylor Riley of Woodstock, GA and Rick Baker of Richardson, TX; and his grandchildren, Oliver M. Riley of Asheville, NC, Sean Wayne Riley of Sylva, NC, Samuel Riley West (Lauren) of Flowery Branch, GA, Faith O'Kelley West of Cornelia, GA and Lily West McColly (Drexler) of El Paso, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
