She was predeceased by: her parents, Diones Walz and Anna Huber Walz; her husband George Bruce; her children, James McMichen, Jr. and Ginger Wellham; and her granddaughter Pamela Wellham.
She is survived by: her daughter Teresa McMichen House of Mt. Airy; her granddaughter Emily Wylie of Tallapoosa; and her great grandchildren, Madeline Wellham of Dahlonega and Chase Lytle of Tallapoosa.
