It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Brotherton of Clarkesville, Georgia, born in Fairfax, Virginia, who passed away on March 11, 2024, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, James Weldon Galloway and Angie Lee Odom Galloway; her husband Stan E. Brotherton; and her siblings, James Ralph Galloway, Donald Edward Galloway, Shelby Jean Kimbrell and Shelia Jane Harrington.
She is survived by : her siblings, Andrew "Andy" Galloway of Canton, Maxine Galloway of Cornelia, Pat Elsea (Harold) of Columbus, Martha Williamson (Henry) of Clarkesville and Muriel Dawn Butts of San Antonio, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
She took joy in donating to various charities, including humane societies, the Masons, the Shriners, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
