She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Eller and Theodore McKinley "Mack" Eller; her husband Howard Palmer; her brother Lawrence Eller; her sister-in-law Nedra Eller; her grandson Bobby; Robert Palmer, Clyde, Judy Palmer, William "Billy" and Betty Jean Palmer.

She is survived by: her son Bruce Palmer of Mt. Airy; her siblings, Sarah Eller of Clarkesville, Stella Ward of Clarkesville and Horace Eller of Clarkesville; and her grandchildren, Mack, Eric, Nathan, James, Stacy, Lisa, Chauncey, Shane, Brett, Trina, Marsha, Billy and Pam. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren as well as great-great grandchildren.
