She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Garrett and Betty Garrett; her husband William Donald Allen; and her brother Tom A. Garrett. She is survived by: her brother Rick Garrett of Snellville; her son Shane; her daughter-in-law Jessica Ward of Clarkesville; her daughters, Tammy (Mark Lathan) and Vicky (Mike Sullens); her grandchildren, Cleve, Devon Coley of Navarre, FL, Christopher, Katie Coley of Valdosta, Emily Sullens of Alto, Grayson Sullens, Casey Haygood of Clarkesville, Brittany Ward of Clarkesville and Maleigha Ward of Clarkesville; and her great grandchildren, Cambria and Kaisen Coley of Valdosta.
