He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Arrendale and Eunice Watts Arrendale; his daughter Tammy Renee Allen; and his siblings, Jemmie Helen Arrendale VanWinkle and Donald Arrendale.

He is survived by: his wife Mamie Brady Arrendale; his son David Arrendale (Erin) of Demorest; his son-in-law Doug Allen of Mt. Airy; his grandchildren, Hannah Hunsucker (Tristan), Elias Arrendale, Aidan Arrendale, Lycan Arrendale, Noble Arrendale, Shiloh Arrendale and Winter Arrendale; and his great grandchild Navy Hunsucker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
