He is survived by: his son Mike; his daughter-in-law Beth Phelps of Suwanee, GA; his daughter Valerie Phelps Kellar of Sugar Hill, GA; his grandchildren, Michael, Lyndsey Phelps, Chandler, Ethan Frazier, Bentley, Dillon Lee and Cody Kellar; and his great grandchildren, Campbell Phelps, Caroline Phelps and Boden Lee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
