He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Sims; and his sister Vicki Sims-Skorput.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hillside Memorial Chapel (5495 GA-197, Clarkesville, GA 30523). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at the Yonah Memorial Gardens (US-441, Demorest, GA 30535).
