Though Andrew Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Andrew Stephen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Chumley and Wanda Burch; and his brother Richie Chumley. He is survived by: his son Seth Chumley of Sussex, England; his siblings, Brian Chumley of Lyons, Georgia and April Massey (Michael) of Claxton, Georgia; and his stepmother Barbara Chumley Flanigan of Claxton, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery (2617 Vinson Hwy, Milledgeville, GA 31061).
