We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2026, at the age of 81, Bobby Strickland (Claxton, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie L.; his wife Faye Strickland; his son Kevin Strickland; his brother Douglas Strickland; his granddaughter Sarah Elizabeth Strickland; and his nephew Seth Haire.
He is survived by: his stepfather R. E. Baker; his son Shannon (Megan Strickland); his sister Rita Lake; his grandchildren, Charlie, Emily, Betsy and Mac Strickland; and his nephew Brian Strickland. He is also survived by extended family members and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Union Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
