She is survived by: her daughters, LaCheryl Newton of Port St, Jessica Roberts of Atlanta, GA and Shontae Roberts; her grandchildren, Shyla Alvin of Atlanta, GA, La-Dricka Goodman of Tampa, Ladrus Goodman Jr. of Greensboro, NC, Victoria Newton, Breanna Newton, Ariyana Pratt, Mia McGill and Earl McGill Jr.; her great grandchildren, John Howard IV of Tampa, Jordan Howard of Tampa, FL, Alexius Goodman of Atlanta, GA and Ladrus Goodman IV of Greensboro, NC.; her sisters, Clemetine Richardson Lovett of Claxton, GA, Glenda Logan of Smith Station, AL and Janet Waters of Savannah, GA.; her brothers-in-law, Dupont Waters of Savannah, GA and Mark Logan of Smith Station, AL.; and her sons-in-law, Victor Newton of Port St, Mistrell Alvin of Atlanta, GA and Earl McGill Sr. of Port St. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Harpers Funeral Home (125 Broad St, Claxton, GA 30417). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First African Baptist Church (128 Church St, Claxton, GA 30417).
