With heavy hearts, we announce the death of LaJuan Eason (Claxton, Georgia), who passed away on July 21, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ennis H. Eason and Mattie Lou Eason; her siblings, Larry Eason, Charles Eason, William "Billy" Eason, Sherry Laverne Hunt and Judy Hager; her sister-in-law Sue Eason (Jane Driggers Eason); her siblings' children, Robert Dean Mathis, Timothy Eason and Christina Eason; and her great-nephew Nicholas Mohr.
She is survived by: her siblings, Linwood Eason of Glennville and Faye Eason Spivey of Claxton; and her aunt Mildred Byrd of Pooler.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home (513 W Main St, Claxton, GA 30417). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
