She is survived by : her husband John Harrell; her children, Jason Alec Durrence, II and Jazlynn Durrence; her stepdaughters, Jessica Harrell and Christy Dubose; her mother Dorothy Mitchell Sapp; her siblings, Gary Sapp, Jr. and Garrien Sapp; and her pet Hondo Harrell. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; several close friends.
