He is survived by: his wife Pam Phillips; his son Paul Phillips; his daughter-in-law Melissa Phillips; and his grandchildren, Lainey Phillips, Ben Phillips, Arron Griner, Miranda Griner and Matt Griner.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eastside Baptist Church (108 S Peters St, Claxton, GA 30417). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
