She was predeceased by: her husband John L. Hutcheson; her son John L Hutcheson, Jr.; and her grandson Herbert Alan Hutcheson, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Herbert Hutcheson (Sandra) of Guyton, Ronnie Hutcheson (Annette) of Claxton, Kaye Driggers (Richard) of Claxton and Theresa Durrence (Brian) of Reidsville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Mellie NeSmith Funeral Home (513 W Main St, Claxton, GA 30417). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mellie NeSmith Funeral Chapel (513 W Main St, Claxton, GA 30417).
