He is survived by: his wife Susan Welch; his children, Jennifer Welch, April (David Adcock), Kelsey (Scott Thompson) and Josh Gragg (Louwanda); his grandchildren, Jaxon, Trace, Chantz, Knox, Miley, Johnathan, Micah, Adam and Naomi; his aunt Squirrel (Carolyn Welch); and his brothers, Tony Welch and Mark Beck.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Blue Heights Baptist Church (46 Cross St, Clayton, GA 30525). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at the Blue Heights Baptist Church Cemetery (44 Cross St, Clayton, GA 30525).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Faron's name to the Rabun County High School Athletic Department.
