She was predeceased by: her parents, Weyman Watson Jones and Junia Travis Jones. She is survived by: her husband Buzz Stone; her children, Sybil Weitzel (Terry) of Tyrone, Sheryl Rexrode (Jimmy) of Peachtree City and Mark Stone (Melanie) of Marietta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Stephanie Bignon (Xavier), Stephen Weitzel (Courtney), Jessica Dixon (Robbie), Tim Stone (Maggie) and Jenny Taylor (Riggs); and her great grandchildren, Ben, Evie, Ella Weitzel, Madeleine Bignon, Anna Grace Dixon and Chloe James Taylor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that Geraldine's legacy be carried on through simple acts of kindness toward others and a donation to the Children's Village at Christian City or Southwest Christian Care.
