She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward Lansing and Mary Houston Sugg Lansing; her husband John Rafter Derrick; and her son Charles Lansing. She is survived by: her children, John "Scott" Derrick (Leslie), Thomas Derrick (Joyce), Fred Derrick (Angie), Jan Adams (Allen) and Becky Baird (Ronnie). She is also survived by grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
