She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Phillips and Lavonia Phillips. She is survived by : her husband Homer Parker; her children, Sherry Buck (Danny), Cecil Parker (Joyce), Sandra Parker and Greg Parker (Lora); her grandchildren, Danielle, Erica, Chris, Damon, Heather, Mandy and Dillon; and her sister Bertha McKay. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
