He was predeceased by : his parents, Rose Mary and John; his sister Marsha; and his pets, Sprocket, Socket, Daisy, Sushi and Chicoooo.

He is survived by : his significant other Carol; his daughters, Christina and Ashleigh; his grandchildren, Blake and Daylon; and his siblings, Jim, Veronica, Dixie and Stanley.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of John Thomas Amrine.
