She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Nichols and Geneva Kilby Nichols; and her husband Thomas "Tommy" Howell Lovell. She is survived by: her children, Wes Lovell and Lisa Butts (James); her sisters, Jan Jarrard, Judy Patterson and Retia Holcomb; her grandchildren, Jacob Lovell (Allison), Cameron Lovell (Hannah Blakeslee), Andrea O'Keeffe (Sean) and Morgan Butts Turpin (Will); and her great grandchildren, Tommy Lovell and Simon Lovell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home (898 US-441, Clayton, GA 30525). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home Chapel (898 US-441, Clayton, GA 30525).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Clayton Baptist Church Benevolent Fund, 87 South Church St., Clayton, Georgia 30525.
