He is survived by : his wife Linda Dodson Holt; his son Samuel Holt; his granddaughter Grace Holt; and his stepsisters, Lysbeth Bainbridge (Steve Ramberg) and Sarah Bainbridge Akridge (Chip). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
