He is survived by : his wife Debra Grice Jacobs; his children, Traci Jacobs Adams (Sam), Kelly Westberg McKay (Warren) and Joe Westberg (Kristin); his grandchildren, Presley Blalock, Dalton Blalock, Connor McKay, Megan McKay, Kelsey Westberg, Kirby Westberg and Grice Westberg; his great grandchild Parker Reed; and his former life partner Noreen Lucy Jacobs.
