He was predeceased by: his mother Hattie Mae Atha. He is survived by: his father Jack Atha; his brother Rick Atha; his son Dustin Atha; his grandson Emmitt Jack Atha; his daughter Ivey Atha; and his sister Rhonda. He is also survived by many loving family members & special friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home (4400 S Lee St, Buford, GA 30518).
