He was predeceased by : his brother Patrick Moore. He is survived by : his parents, Margie Moore Conner and Clifford Conner; his wife Jennifer Johnson; and his children, Brent Johnson (Claudia), Seth Johnson, Jessica Ford (Donald), Daniele Penland (Joe) and Samantha Cragg. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
