She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Clowney and Mattie Irene Clowney (Hall); and her sister Peggy Elizabeth Whitcomb. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Utley (Ruth Henry) and Jeff Utley (Julie); and her grandchildren, Andrew, Lauren, Evalyn and Russell.
In lieu of flowers, Vivian's family asks that you honor her memory in a way she would have appreciated: tell someone you care about that you love them and give them a big hug. For those wishing to make a memorial contribution, donations to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation would also be welcomed.
