He is survived by: his children, Sandra Wood (Barry), Randy Mullinax (Barbara) and Rhonda O'Rourke (Tim); his brothers-in-law, Charles Acree (Joyce) and Bobby Lowery (Vickie); his caregiver Dupe'Ogundimu; his grandchildren, Joy Nichols (Will), Matthew Wood (Audrey), Brad Mullinax (Amy) and Dr. Kaitlyn Bradley (Adam); his great grandchildren, Jenna Freeman (Dakota), Tate Nichols (Gracyn), Edward Lewis, Barry D. Wood, Levi Wood, Caroline Wood, Tori Sullens (Cameron), Amberley Buffington (Austin), Brittany Masters (Justin), Corey Turner (Cora), Devin Mullinax and Rory Bradley; and his great great grandchildren, Camdyn, Cadence, Branson, Everly, Charlotte, Mack, Ford and Reagan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
