She was predeceased by: her father Johnny Lewis; and her brother Michael Lewis. She is survived by: her mother Jeane Lewis; and her siblings, Mairlyn Ballard (William), Sandra Hummel, Darlene Wise (Terry), Angela Buckner (Tim), Tom Lewis (Sheree) and Tony Lewis (Kelly). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
