He was predeceased by: his parents, David Dean and Ara Oliver; his siblings, Garnet, Telford, John, Mancel Oliver, Bernice Shubert, Virginia Hulsey and Ardelle Sammons; and his wife Leila Ann Faulkner.
He is survived by: his children, Georgia (Lula), Tim Oliver (Mary) and Lesa Davis (Burton); his grandchildren, Jared Hodge (Leigh Anne) and Rachel Hudgins (Micah); his stepgrandson Matt Davis (Lauren); and his great grandchildren, Sutton, Grant, Emory, Ashlyn, Caleb, Emi and Rhett.
