He was predeceased by: his daughter Lisha Kay Page; his parents, Emory Carnes and Eula Carnes; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Ruby Hayes; his siblings, Tyson Carnes, Reba Hill and Earnest; his sister-in-law Rachael Carnes; his brother Marcus; and his siblings-in-law, Doris Carnes, Larry Phillips, Joel Hayes and Ralph Hayes, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Betty Carnes; his children, Lita Martin (James) and Allen Carnes; his son-in-law Marty Page; his grandchildren, Bethany Ishii (Kai), Kellan Martin (Gabby), Ryan Page, Ensley Harrison (Montaega) and Alex Carnes; his great grandchildren, Aiden Page, Ava Kay Martin and Oakland Alyse Harrison; his sister Ruth Lee White; and his siblings-in-law, Grady Hill, Peggy Phillips and Frances Oliver. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and sweet friends.
