With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Tyris Oliver of Clermont, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by : his parents, Shelton Oliver and Berma Lee Oliver; and his son Tim Oliver. He is survived by : his wife Margaret "Margie" Oliver; his children, Dwayne Oliver (Sabrina Lee) and Tonya Hughes (Bill); his grandsons, Colby Oliver, Carter Oliver (Jalissa), Dylan Hughes, Zach Hughes and Ryder Hughes; his sisters, Christine Clark and Sharon Oliver; and his son Clermont.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Strickland and Sons Funeral Home (260 Main St, Clermont, GA 30527). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Cross Baptist Church (7927 Calvary Cross Rd, Lula, GA 30554).
