She is survived by: her husband Tony Hawkins of Cleveland; her daughters, Tara Juliet Banks of Dahlonega and Debra Elaina Jett of Dawsonville; her parents, Kent W. Shott of Clarksville and Deborah Berry of Gainesville; her brother James William Jasper Berry; her grandchildren, Auriella Sorrells, Sofia Delvalle and Caleb Hurley; her uncle Tony Ralston; and her aunts, Patsy Holland and Nancy Hood. She is also survived by cousins, friends.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery (142 Shoal Creek Church Rd, Cleveland, GA 30528).
